It still amazes me that when I creep back to check my dying deviant art page you guys are still watching and still favoriting c: thank youuuu! it makes me so happy

so i just think it's funny how much has changed since i made this page

I mean I'm pretty sure I was around 14/15ish. Now I'm about to turn 18 in a few monthes. I looking into colleges and getting the heckk outta here- Which is both terrifying and exciting. This morning I'm getting my senior pictures done (AHHHHH) and I've got a meeting on Monday where I will be filling out some applications and asking teachers to write a letter about me to the colleges I want!

I feel like the last time I did what I actually wanted on this page was when drawing was all I wanted to do in life- Sometimes I wish I could go back to those times, but I'm honestly much more excited to see where the world takes me. ...And I still have a secret little sketchbook, so don't you worry..

anyway, im still thinking about what to do with this whole page. those of you trying to get all dev famous and want watchers and favs- here is some food for thought:

1: Draw what you want and make sure you are proud of it

2: Write what you want and make sure you are proud of it

3: Consider keeping your devart page anonymous. Realllly can't stress this one enough. Give yourself a fake name. Like 90% of artists freak out when someone close to them goes through their sketchbooks- well deviant art is like a HUGEEE sketchbook where anyone can dig through. You might not think it now- but sometimes if friends or family creep through here there is that slight chance you might stop drawing what you love to impress others. That is what caused my downfall, and why I pretty much don't draw/post anymore. I hated how everyone around me knew what was on my mind. So yes, consider making an anonymous page- it REALLY might benefit you in the long run.

4: Don't lose sight of the real worlddd. I mean cmonnnn devart is great and fun to look around, but the world is pretty amazing too. Don't hide behind that computer screen! Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground.

5: Gooood luck. Have fun, and thank all of your watchers, commenters, favorite..ers, and FANS! They love being thanked..I wish I could've done this more for all of them.
